Potential Issue with $AllowableHTML

I am not a pure coder so I may be completely wrong here, but I just looked at the $AllowableHTML that is put in the config.php file and I think I see some potential problems.

In all the arrays, I only see "class" listed in the span tag. If "class" is not listed in -td- -tr- table- -font- -div- then won't that limit the potential use of the style.css file lines?

Maybe it is not a big deal...... what do you all think?
