Sentinel Cannot modify header information

Please somebody help me: I am trying to install Sentinel and at the moment I am getting this error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /X/X/X/X/mainfile.php:2) in /X/X/X/X/includes/nukesentinel.php on line 1242

Leave this site now!

I tried everything but I can't get any further than this..... Sad

Please help me.

Normally one of those options in that FAQ fixes the issue. What about this thread:
