Validate Downloads Link, etc. missing

The validate downloads link and the other links in admin-downloads section are not showing. Would this be a database issue or a missing file?
Other than that the module is OK.

I'm using rwsRavenNuke76_v2.02.00_FULL and rencently installed the Enhanced Downloads Module -1.7a for Nuke 6.5/Fixes for PHP-Nuke 7.6 - 7.9 by Drek

I got the links to show up by uploading some of the original files that I must have mistakenly deleted. Now the newly submitted downloads aren't showing up.
I found a site that's using this version of Enhanced Downloads. I'll get it to work sooner or later.
