Unusual module name

In the download rwsRavenNuke76_v2.02.00_FULL there is a module in the module's directory called:

Copy of Topics

Is this supposed to be there? Shouldent all modultes be named as one continious word like:

Copy_of_Topics

It's making my modules work werid I think. Especially my list of inactive modules.
