Admin CGIAuth question on subdirectories

I have searched the forums and if it is here I have missed it, so sorry if this has been asked before. I am using the Ravens 7.6 Distro on my one site, and recently setup the CGIAuth on it, which went well and works just like it is suppose to.... Smile

I also have another site running and setup in a subdirectory in my public_html folder. Even though they use different databases and all, the CGIAuth is asked for in the 2nd sites admin.php which is shut off in its Sentinel settings at this time. Is there a way to stop this from happening? The second site is not setup as a subdomain, but as a subdirectory, which makes me wonder if this is why? The problem this is causing is that in order for the person I have setup as a superuser on the 2nd site needs the CGIAuth login info to get to his admin area, which in turn would give them the login info to get to the main sites admin.php area. LOL...hope this makes sense....
