NSN Script Depository 1.10 & 1.03 failing

Hey guys, not sure what exactly this is related to however I've tried back rolling to 1.0.3 to which I know worked fine as I've used version 1.10 prior however not having any success running it against this build.

It seeks and adds files fine however never outputs anything in modules index cept the index.html file in the /depository directory.

Information was added to database however fails to display output.

another thing to which doesn't bother me however is a bug... when editing topics, related links automatically insert and repeat.

Check the reaadme in the 'Patched' directory of the distro
