limiting number of posts

Hi,

Is there a way in 7.6raven dist to limit the number of forum posts per day for certain users?

Some of our members spam about 100 messages a day and its getting old.

There is no native way in nuke, period. There is probably a forum mod. You might check at CurtisH's site [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

Post Cap

This hack will put a post per day limit on specific users, keeping them from filling your forums with useless junk all day. It will, hopefully, make them think before they click the button to post. To cap a user just access the Forum ACP-> User Admin -> Management and then select the user you wish to place a post cap on. Setting the cap at 0 allows them unlimited posts.

If they are spamming your site, why would you not ban them? Doesn't sound like a good member to me or that they are following your site policies?
