Installing Sentinel 2.4.2 over 2.1.3 with 76v3.1, uninstall?

I just upgraded to 7-6 3.1 patch from 2.8. I already have Sentinel 2.1.3 on. Should I uninstall that first? How should I go about installing 2.4.2?

well some people like to keep the banned ip's that are already in the database...
but you can do it 2 ways..
or just delete the tables and install again..
or just follow the install instructions and upgrade till you reach the top...

I can't even find the full Sentinel 2.4.2 download link... all I see in the downloads section are upgrades.

I too need to upgrade from 2.1.3 but I run a Nuke 7.3 site. I suggest Raven archive older versions of NukeSentinal in another download category. I can't find the version I need for Nuke 7.3
