_error After registration

I've browsed everywhere on _error after users register problem..
I am getting the same error but no help. no email sent out after registration. My db does have nuke_users_temp in it, and my config.php is set correctly.
I've reinstalled the whole db. using a nuke.sql with 7.0, and other ones also thinking it might be the .sql . The only main change i have made is editing the mainfile.php to get my theme working properly. Would that have any effect on it?

My db prefix is nuke. anyone have any ideas?? I usually don't post unless i have come to a halt and dont know what to do, so i deeply appreciate all the help i can get to fix this.

Email is dependent on your host - talk to them to make sure the local mail() function is enabled and working correctly
