Question on going from phpbb to Nuke

I know of a group that may want to go from the phpbb to Nuke-phpbb but their main concern is keeping the posts they have currently. Is there a way to keep the posts and if possible the member list if they go to Nuke?

Ok here is a question.

What if the Database that we are hoping to move to the nuke site is not on the current server.

The ones that may be moved is on:

I am not sure if they have access to phpmyadmin or if they can just use the backup database command..

I will see if I can get access to see if I can see thier DB info if the freeforumhosting allows it.

Else try phpBB's backup database admin function to grab the tables and load them on the new location.
