Question on Upgrading Sentinel

Ok I am running PHP Nuke 7.6 Patched 3.1 and running Sentinel version 2.2.1.

My Question is...what version of Sentinel can I safely upgrade to or what is the "correct" version I need to upgrade to?

Second Question is... When I do, do the upgrade do I need to reupload the sample htaccess files or use the current ones I already have in place ?

I'm sure I'll come up with more Q's but in the mean time this will do LOL

Just kidding...
Just uuse your old htaccess files...that doesnt matter...
And just upload the newest files....overwrite the OLD ones.
Then after the proper edits start upgrading...
step by step...meaning from version to version as it will show in the install file that you will run.

Ok If I have 2.2.1 for a current version...what is my "next step" for upgrading ? In other words what file do I download to up grade to the next level? I don't see any 2.2.2's for upgrading options ?

May sound like a dumb Q but...the less I screw up my site the better if ya know what I mean ROTFL

well first you have to download the newest sentinel...
Then overwrite !
Then you see that sentinel comes with a folder called.. nsnst_installer
That contains the upgrades as wel.
Viewable when you run nsnst.php
