phpMyAdmin can only look at MySQL tables. You would use the File Manager or your FTP client to examine the files on your site. The only way that files can be removed is through a deliberate deletion or renaming.

When on the left you click on the Modules table then you get a list of all the modules but the Your_Account module in the list was missing so I added it and all is fine now but why was it missing totally I am asking??? Cheers

So it was just the entry in the table and you weren't really missing the folder in your modules directory, correct?

Yes thats correct but as I say I had to add it back as a member emailed me about seeing this "module is not active etc". when I checked admin section of my site I found no module there at all a week before everything was fine.
Thanks
