How is this done. Are there specific rules to follow?

There are specific rules and basically you are looking at reverse engineering. Depending on well the block or module was written (how compliant to CPG-Nuke and/or Dragonfly) the more complicated it might be to convert it back to run with PHP-Nuke.

Your best bet is to examine the converted and new functions of dragonfly and then to look for those calls within the block/module. You will have to jump through some hoops to figure out how those calls should be in Nuke as the Dragonfly documentation does a decent job in explaining how to use the New Dragonfly coding methodologies, but doesn't provide much in terms of explaining how to code it the other way around (which makes sense as after all, they concentrate on explaining how to convert Nuke solutions to CPG/Dragonfly, not the other way around).

thank you

I understand. There was a specific module called "Syndicated News" which is based on the Web Links module. It is something I really want. I think you have something similiar on your site?

Well that was a very good piece of work you did. By far one of the best modules I've seen in Nuke for a while. I do hope you release it to the public one day, I'll even pay for it. And I do appreciate the amount of work you put into it and I can really understand your frustrations as expressed in that article you posted on your website.

Hi 64bit buy.

I've looked at your Syndicated News module version 3 and let me say it again, it's the best module I've seen in a long time and it has so much potential. This is what I've been looking for, for ages!

I don't mean to bug you, but will you be releasing it? I also noticed that on the CPG version from Dragonfly CMS there is no mention of your name?

64bit guy, can you clarify something about this syndicated news module / RSS module. Who is the author, is it you or Jordo?

also, will you be releasing it to the public, if not will you sell it? I will pay anytime.

thank you
