... enable COPPA?

I've googled it, and 99% of the returns are on some site's FAQ.
I've even check here and saw a post on disabling COPPA, but...

How does one ENABLE it? I believe that it used to work (on something like 7.0 or whatever, but for a while now, its not - and there's nothing in the Forums Admin on enabling it, either.

My question - how do you enable COPPA?

well it comes with the your-account of cnb.
that has the coppa.
but they are still testing the new release so better wait untill everything is tested.
cnb has also forum here..check forum index.

Forgive me for my lack of knowledge, but what is cnb? - what function does it have? where is it? does it need to be integrated with nuke?

eh ok,

cnb is the same as your-account but this version comes with a lot of extra's.
including tos and coppa.
