I've installed my sentinel and it's running smoothly.

I had previously installed CBN Your Account on my 7.5 patched.
Since the sentinel install however, I've been unable to access the edit user area of my site. I don't get an error, I simply get a grey page.

I didn't want to try anything because I'm worried that I will harm the sentinel installation.

Should I try to reinstall the CBN your account?

Please review your server error log and see if there is an error printed relating to this. If not, then add this line to the top of your .htaccess and try again and then see if there are any errors in your error log.

well...We use ensim and the logs aren't available is the message I get when I try to get one.

Recently, some friends and I decided to just buy a reseller package so we can have extra space for our site and to learn about the hosting software (my site is for those with stress related disorders and we plan to eventually give sites to some members as rewards for their progress).

I just got the reseller package last week so I'm not familiar with it yet. I looked up the information on getting the webanalyzer set up, but don't understand it all yet. So, right now, I don't know how to get a report. I was wondering if I should start the site over and install the sentinel before installing any other modifications(I'm also now having that issue with my forums admin being a grey page). Other than the delay in getting the site up and running, I don't mind reinstalling because I really enjoy site building alot.

Do you think reinstalling would be the best option? Is there another way to get the error logs?

thanks for reading and all!

The only thing I have available for my site and reseller accounts is the ensim panel's...that's where I run my site files and services from...it has a webalizer for error reports but it says I can't get them. I will contact my host to find out why.

thanks,

Okay, but Ensim should allow you access to your server error logs. If not then you will have to contact your support.

Ok. I will get this done.

I've found out that a friend (trying to be helpful), had upgraded the forums without telling me...sigh...I'm sorry if this has been a waste of time for you. I've learned alot with this situation though and I really appreciated all your help and the stuff offered here.
I am going to delete the current site, get the error logs working and reinstall.
Last time I worked with nuke, was back when 6.9 first came out. So much has changed and I'm confused. Reading the threads here, I see that I'm not alone!

I'll be back as soon as I have everything in order again.
Thank you raven,
