Setting up nuke - lots of error messages - any hints?

ok, this might be an age old question: what is wrong here?

I set up the database, it seems to work ok. I set up coonfig.php. It should be ok, correct username and dbname in correct case.

I run admin.php I get shitloads of error messages like these:
Notice: Constant _YOUHAVE already defined in e:\prosjekter\nuke\test76\html\language\lang-english.php on line 159

Notice: Undefined variable: gfx in e:\prosjekter\nuke\test76\html\mainfile.php on line 1171

Notice: Use of undefined constant admin - assumed 'admin' in e:\prosjekter\nuke\test76\html\admin.php on line 36

I can create and add admins, so the db connection is good. but the whole page is flushed with errormessages, I have to scroll a lot to see the whole page.

I take it something is wrong with my php setup... I use either php 5 - apache 2, or php 4.3.11 - apache 1.3 - same result for both systems. And its on a windows box.

Anybody got an idea? thanks
