I'm in deep Doo-Doo
I was editing a block on my site (Nuke version 7.5)
and was banned!
How the heck was I banned from my own site?
And, why was a block edit, with me logged in as admin,
enough to ban me?
Other problem is, my web-host doesn't support
PHPMyadmin...
So, how the heck will I un-ban myself?

A host that does not support phpMyAdmin? Wow! You need to change hosts, for sure.

HTML blocks are protected from the same keywords that Nuke protects from. Nuke will tell you that the HTML tags are not allowed. NukeSentinel(tm) will ban you if that's what you have set it up to do. Download phpMyAdmin and install it yourself just as you would any application. Then, delete your IP from the blocked ip table. Another way would be to refresh your IP if you are using DHCP. If you want to use protected tags in blocks, then rewrite the HTML block as a block file and store it in the blocks folder.
