Problem with NS

I cannot get into my forums admin to edit them I am using NS in which I juist installed how do I fix this. Also the blocks it comes with it says you cannot acess this directory why?

Also my Forums block does nto work anymore

There are several posts related to this - the admin/forums fix - but the best I have seen so far can be found here -

Pay close attention to the files mentioned there and make sure you have the patched 2.9 or above with the later versions of Nuke Sentinel.

I did what it asked to be done, but I still cant access the admin for the forums. I cannot find one page called pagestrats.php Any More Help?

Now I Get This error

Also where do I get IP country? And do we delete the install file

First off, its pagestart.php - modules/Forums/admin

The other error looks to be related to a bad install of nsn groups.
