Sentinel 2.1.2 Site won't load after update

I updated to Sentinel 2.1.2 and now all I get is a white page, no matter where I try to go on the site. I know it Sentinel related because if I comment out the includes in the mainfile.php it loads correctly. I am using the nuke 7.6 version.

Help please.

I went back to using the includes/sentinel.php file from 2.1.1 and the site is loading again.

After checking my error log I found this:

I had the same problem but on a linux server with php 4.xx. When I updated it on my local windows server with php 5, it worked fine. But not on the actual site. I destalled sentinel, then did a fresh install the error is gone now.
