I haven't checked out 2.1.0 yet but posting this request just if it doesn't exist.
Let's say somehow a hacker still able to get to admin section and creates an admin name, God Admin gets an e-mail with an activation link (Just like the user account activation) to either allow or refuse the new username.

What you guys think of this idea?
