When 3X does come out how long will support for the 2.5 version be supported for security ? Also will the code (PHP) be supported for errors when PHP updates etc ? Just wondering and am sure it is on others minds as well..

That is a very good question!
It had been our intention to support RavenNuke(tm) 2.5.x as much as we could. However there are so many functions, including the MySQL functions, that are either already deprecated or will be deprecated very soon that it is pretty much an impossible task to maintain and support RavenNuke(tm) 2.5.x as well as develop RavenCMS(tm).

For all intents and purposes, RavenCMS(tm) is now intended as a replacement for RavenNuke(tm) - and it has so many configuration options for themes you probably won't need to edit a theme EVER.

Great news, i almost regret editing my version of RN. I know my themes are not compliant anymore but to get the look i wanted i have plunged into module editing etc for a bootstrap flat look. I am happy with the look and almost consider RN 2.5 my hobby as i enjoy tinkering with it. To be honest i would not have ever been able to do what i do to my version without the support of the RN community. I love this community and miss that it has been so very quiet.

I look forward so much for the community to become active again. Having been around the Nuke community since the mid to late 90's i have seen it grow smaller and a bit more money driven which was sad to me. I look forward to seeing it come full circle.

TY for your reply friend.
