issue running setup file.

It has been a few years since i have toyed with a website. I thought i would give the new RN a try. I am getting this when finishing the Setup file.

Have you verified that the themes folder exists in your sites root and that it is readable? Give us some info like what version of php you are running and anything that might be non-standard install.

the folder was there but there were some files missing. thanks
