Errors after PHP 5.4 upgrade

Whenever I post a new article, the title place is blank.
If I want to edit same article, I see the title but when posted, the title disappear>
Please help.

I have noticed the errors from RN 2.50 when the PHP upgrade was done.
So I followed the advices I found on this forum to upgrade to 2.51 which has been done.
But these errors are still there as I am using RN 2.51

Which errors? Visible on the page, in the RN log, the error_log and / or the site / control panel error log?

As I had hard time finding the errors logs, I logged in to the cp, and noticed in the error log thousands errors:
[Tue Dec 31 11:31:43 2013] [error] [client 70.62.96.130] File does not exist: /home/***/public_html/404.shtml, referer: [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

This is the last I noticed. In the admin.php page, I can see all the articles with the titles. But when I click to edit one, the titles are being stripped away.
Also, there are several errors in my fck editor. I am unable to insert anything such as pictures... I am getting a popup which is blank and can not be closed unless I refresh the page. So maybe thefck editor is not well installed.

Is there a way to uninstal it and properly reinstalling it without corrupting other files?

Happy new year...

It's hard to tell what's missing from the error.

Using BeyondCompare or WinMerge, I would compare the software on your server to a local copy to make sure everything is loaded correctly. If files are really the issue, this will show you exactly which ones to reinstall.
