I have noticed this in the past and probably would ignore it but I lost a couple post edits because the page does not refresh. It maintains a cache and I find that I have to use the developer option to disable caching on this site from FF 3.62 upwards. This is the only site where I have an issue of this type.

I had made edits to a page and saw an error and I went back to edit the page. I did not check close enough and it actually used the text from a previous edit wiping out both my updates and previous corrections for example.

Is this some sort of cache setting server side? I am going to assume it is not on my end, as it does it one 3 computers, over 2 operating systems and multiple browsers and versions.

Good post, perhaps I should have searched more (aka on this site and not Google) :)Thanks, I am trying it now!

Edit: It worked!

Glad it worked. Unfortunately when firefox reworked their cache to improve browser speed, they now are overly aggressive with pulling stuff from cache. I have seen the same behavior on other phpbb2 sites.

They don't plan on fixing the issue as they stated it only happens when "conflicting or invalid header information is sent". So I've been using the server-side fix listed in that thread on all my sites with no issues, for some time now.
