I am an admin for a gaming site at msosniper.com, recently , I get this message displayed when i try and log on to the site, my site admin has no idea how to correct the problem...

PLEASE: bear in mind that even if you have done nothing wrong, you may be getting page due to someone's misuse of the site in your ip range
He has tried many times to find where my IP is blocked but to no avail and i still remmain banned, if you have any ideas on how to correct this problem , please let me know
