Well, there are several. This has been discussed as a future enhancement for RavenNuke, but we've also discussed moving to phpBB 3 before adding other phpBB enhancements.

I thought the quick reply mod was already part of RavenNuke (tm) core. you may have to update your theme code if you are using a third party theme.

ok, have a theme from phpnuke. How to update my theme? Can i change theme in my forum only?

It might be slightly different for your theme, open the forum template viewtopic_body.tpl and find

     {S_TOPIC_ADMIN}</td>

or something similar. Change it to

Code:

     {S_TOPIC_ADMIN}<br />


     {QUICK_REPLY_FORM}</td>

Yup, it is definitely in RN. See both fisubice and RavenIce themes as examples.
