sitemap help

I recently made a sitemap with my webhost through the control panel so basically it scanned my files for me then it finished and then listed all the files it had a subit to google button so I pressed it and now when I search on google for my website it's fetching back 1 of my admin pages so they were obviously included in the sitmap. How do I stop pages like that from adding into the automatic file search for sitemap through my host.

You might edit the sitemap file to remove the admin pages. But if you want to avoid adding the admin pages the next time to you generate the sitemap, you would need to get that support from the host or from the author of the tool.

Ok thanks Kguske, i'll get onto my host to ask how I stop pages going on in the future.
