Add these lines in the adminblock function in mainfile.php

Well there is actually a slightly more efficient SQL query to make to do that. See the docs in the AddOnFiles/GCalendar area. We were going to add this ourselves but ran out of time.

What we really should do to that waiting content area is stand the logic on it's head. We ought to do all the SQL reads first and see if there is any waiting content, then skip the so-called block if there is not and only present items where there is something waiting if there is. Left block space is precious and having stuff there that never has any data in it is a waste (IMHO). Like on my site there never has been a review and probably never will be so why take up the space. Anybody want to hack at that?
