Show individual replies in thread display

Is there a way to set the thread display to show the replies individually? Its currently set so threads get displayed once, then if someone replies, it gets bumped to the top and the reply number goes up. I'd like for each reply to show up in the display. Here is an example of what I'm looking for:

Thread Name Replies Last Post

Thread1 2 Srhh
Thread1 2 Raven
Thread2 1 Srhh

Do you see what I'm looking for? Make sense? Anyway to do that with this block, as its my fav forum block.

So if you have a thread with 82 replies then you want to see 82 replies?

LOL Yup, thats the idea, that way people have a better idea who is participating in threads. Can it be done? I remember seeing it on a postnuke site a long time ago and thought it was too cool.
