Most people can see my site and use it effectively but one person is getting this message?

You are using an Invalid IP to access this site!

What is their IP? Did you update the IP2Country data?

i dont know their ip, ill ask them, and wht is IP2Country data? lol

people from the same country as this person are able to see the site.
