Displaying javascript for template affiliate program

Since I'm running this distro, i figured this is good a place as any to start. Feel free to move if necessary.
Anyway...I'm at wits end (again)
I know javascript has been coverd in detail. I did search first and read up.
So, here's the issue:
Adding a section in site for displaying our web templates affiliate, which involves getting javascript to display "in line" on page (either news or content, can go either way).
I tried adding to source using FCK, installed StaticNuke, downloaded the MonsterTemplates add-on, but that is not what I needed, it just displays a generic "wrapper".
I have about 12 unique pages to create. Each page has a unique script in the header plus at least 1 script which must display on the page.
Setting up the pages is no problem, they are pretty much done on the text end, but I am at wits end trying to get the scripts to work.
I even tried creating a module for html pages as described in the docs, but there was no way to get the individual scripts into the header section of each page.
Only other thing I can think of is getting the nuke block onto an external "static" site, but that may be a bit beyond my abilities.
Any ideas?
