I am trying to provide cheap/free websites to my family and friends. I currently have 15 ppl who want websites but they don't know anything about html and don't want to learn. Anyone know of a free sitebuilder tool that is just a 'fill-in-the-blank' type tool for building sites?

Although there are lots of free HTML editors, some that provide something close to WYSIWYG, I'd recommend using the sitebuilder tools on sites like Geocities / Yahoo. Some hosts provide sitebuilder tools, too.

If you are on a dedicated server you could try something like RVSite Builder

Not sure what you mean darklord - are you talking about using an online WYSIWYG editor like FCKeditor to maintain the full pages? If so, you could do that, but it wouldn't have the built in navigation features that some other tools have. The price is right, though...
