3rd party modules

I want to switch from phpnuke 7.8 to RavenNuke for security reasons. My site is a gaming clan site and we use some 3rd party modules like, Nucalendar, Teamspeak, & Shoutbox. Will these work on RN?

In general, do I have to use RN specific modules / blocks or will the phpnuke ones work?

Normally all third party modules that work with phpNuke will work with RN. RN is phpNuke 7.6 with NSN Groups and Sentinel included and a raft of security tweaks and core nuke bug fixes.

I have Teamspeak Webpost installed. It has an admin sectin that requires a separate password to login (no encryption). It has it's own database tables currently installed in the same database as RN.

How can I add a layer of security to this program? Could I password the folder? If so, which folder?...the admin folder or the entire application folder?

I'm running latest RN with Sentinel HTTP Auth enabled.

The easiest way would be to use your hosting account control panel (if you have one) to password protect the admin directory.
