Can navigate to a deactivated module.

Should it be possible for me to navigate to a module that is deactivated by typing into the address bar

As I am able to do this and see all the content that should be there.

if you are logged in as an admin on the site you can, Yes.

Forgot I was logged in as admin at the time and it started to worry me in case i'd changed something somewhere.
