You bring up a good point in how much the charity uses the money versus how much is spent on administrative costs. I do "try" to use only charities that have low administrative costs.

How hard to go by user ID and IP address?

1) Can't vote if I'm anonymous
2) Can vote *again* from same IP address if different user ID.

From testing I take it the word censor within php-nuke does not translate over to the forums?

Is there an easy way to add a list of words or do I type it all in manually?
