I have done a few tests with a friend and my isp is purposly droping packets and forging them to rst packets. They are totaly blocking encrypted traffic. Dont know what else they are doing.

I have been under attack from a website www.cdpm3.com for the past few weeks. The ip keeps changing as well.
They are always trying to access my foum prune. It is getting a little annoying. |

With the flash ticker. I need to chmod a txt file to 777 is that safe for a text file?
Or is there a way to throw a htaccess in there? The ticker is updated from admin control panel. |

The theme now is 90% finished, just have to do the icons and forums.
Theme compatibility:
IE 7: perfect!!!!!
Firefox 2: sligh main border fudge, borders not expanding on uneven block placemnt.
