You are probably using a shared hosting account and sadly, it is quite common for server IP's to get blacklisted for spam when all the account users on the server do not act responsibly. |

You can check your IP and domain at http://www.blacklistmaster.com/
You should note that there are literally hundreds of blacklists though and it's pretty difficult to check all of them.

Not sure why you need to explicitly add the RewriteEngine On since it should already be on if using the default htaccess file
Are you actually using RN version 2.3 ??
