I posted comment on Bob's site that nsnst.sql should look to see what upgrade scripts you've moved to your server (e.g., if you only moved thr 2.4.0 to 2.4.0a script) then it's select listing should only offer you that choice.

In this way, We can all step up gracefully to where we want in the NukeSentinel(tm) uber-protection screen!
