It is illness that is forcing me to make this decison, nothing more having spent a number of years with php nuke.

All the files for Nukequiz will be made available on dropbox to download together with all the additional help files in word format and images, screenshots etc. that I have used in the past for the help manual.

I shall also supply all of the modified modules, such as Nukedownloads, Sentinel, NSN groups and more, all used on teh main kissoftware site.

It seems that the best way to approach this is by people sending offers via email to support(at)kissoftware.co.uk

Some of you may have experienced a session create error when trying to access the forums recently. It took me a few days to isolate it but it should be fixed. Microsoft was hammering my forums with several IPs and their bot-nets. They are now banned from the site. My apologies!!

I do a lot of experimenting with htaccess, revising existing rules, updating blacklists, trying new techniques, and so forth. The result of all this fiddling is basically a ton of htaccess code scraps that work great, but for whatever reason are no longer needed, have been replaced, or whatever.

These snippets function independently, with each block of code functioning independently of the others. I definitely do not recommend copy/pasting blocks of code en masse, rather each should be applied and tested thoroughly before adding more snippets. That said, these htaccess code snippets are organized into several sections: performance, canonicalization, security, and miscellaneous.

Lately I’ve been finding more and more people lifting images directly from my blog and using them on their own websites (a practice known as hotlinking). Not only is this stealing, but each time someone visits the page that hotlinks my image(s), it drains the bandwidth I’m paying my web host for.
