DESCRIPTION: Iron has discovered a vulnerability in phpEventCalendar, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input passed to the "id" parameter in eventdisplay.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Successful exploitation allows e.g. retrieval of administrator usernames and passwords. The vulnerability is confirmed in version 0.2.3. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
