xgstq writes "It's been a long time coming, we have been really busy over the last 2 months and have now decided to announce that PHPNuke Clan Themes has released a new Call of Duty 4 theme. Call of Duty 4 Theme is a an exciting and one of a kind PHPNuke Theme. It has many great features including a users control panel in the header, and a matching flash shout module and block.
Description:
A excellent example of a Call of Duty 4 clan template. The header is part flash part image, The flash work has a nice smoke effect from the vents, subtle and not to over the top.. No annoying sounds or constant flashing parts. I have also incorporated a user's control panel under the main header. The control panel works in a 2 way effect for users logged out or in. When logged out, they get the log in form and 6 rotating banners to the right which can be edited (instructions and psd included). When a user logs in the control panel changes and adds many features, Private Messages, IP, Total Members, Online Now and a lot more great links. It also has scrolling site news underneath the control panel, and did I mention the user's Avatar?
Overall a top class theme ! "

Skype for Windows 2.x - http://secunia.com/product/7268/
Skype for Windows 1.x - http://secunia.com/product/4250/
DESCRIPTION: An update has been released for Skype, which implements security enhancements to prevent compromise of users' systems. Skype uses the Internet Explorer web control to render HTML from certain websites (e.g. DailyMotion, Metacafe, and SkypeFind). As the content is rendered in the "Local Machine" security zone, this allows execution of arbitrary script code on a user's system via script insertion vulnerabilities present in these websites.

The following elements are not in HTML 5 because their effect is purely presentational and therefore better handled by CSS: * basefont
* big
* center
* font, although it is allowed when inserted by a WYSIWYG editor due to limitations in the state of the art in user interface for these editors.
* s
* strike
* tt
* u
The following elements are not in HTML 5 because their usage affected usability and accessibility for the end user in a negative way: * frame
* frameset
* noframes
The following elements are not included because they have not been used often, created confusion or can be handled by other elements: * acronym is not included because it has created lots of confusion. Authors are to use abbr for abbreviations.
* applet has been obsoleted in favor of object.
* isindex usage can be replaced by usage of form controls.
* dir has been obsoleted in favor of ul.
Some attributes from HTML 4 are no longer allowed in HTML 5.

Web address system faces changes
nb1 writes "The way the internet handles website domains is going to change, following an update to the core "addressing system".
If we continue with the current way of allocating web addresses, we will run out of available domain names by 2011.
So the internet's master address book is being updated to include records written in a new format, IP version 6, which will help to create millions of new potential web addresses.
The problem occurs because people and the internet use two different methods to call up web pages: we type words into the address bar of our browser, whereas our computers translate that into a string of numbers to find the page that you are looking for. This numerical string is taken from the internet's master address book of domains.
