I am new or I guess not too new to nuke.. only been fiddling with it for about 3 months, FINALLY I got a version that works flawlessly, thanks Raven!

I am mostly wondering the following:

1) If phpbb upgrades, how easy is it to upgrade JUST the forum part of a nuke version anything? Is there a place where this happens?

2) There is a mod over at the phpbb boards that "keeps unread flags" via tracking what the "registered user" has read via the database. I am going to compare the MOD with the code included in Raven's 7.0 but as a history I've tried this before on nuke 6.9 and the phpbb code to be replaced did not match. As I know nothing or almost nothing about actually coding in php is there anyone here that would be willing to help me out make this mod work for nuke? At least raven's 7.0?

3) I have questions about themes that are in other versions of php nuke like nukecops has fisubsilverish etc.. but these questions are not as important so I'll take it just with the first 2 for now Smile

Glad it works for you!

#1 - It really depends on what has been upgraded. It is not an automatic slam-dunk. Usually Chatserv and/or Nuke Cops will issue an upgrade pack. They were core members of the team that did the original and have that thankless job for upgrades Laughing

#2 - You always take a chance with trying those mods that are for the stand alone version. Probably checking at portedmods.com is safer.

Thank you! checking that site out now. I have more questions but I will post when I have them gathered up in my head and able to word them properly hehe.
