One thing i was wondering...is maintenance of sentinel needed in any way?
For example ...if i would use the Blocked Range Overlap Check it has to go through 81 sections.....

I misunderstood your question. The way I read it was that you were asking if I/We needed to do maintenance on NukeSentinel(tm) because you thought something was wrong with it requiring 81 sections.

I wouldn't worry about that one.
