I have now:

Php-nuke 7.4
I have only add the admin approval mod.
No other mods yet
I do think my host provider has upgraded to the newest php5.

What is happing is when a user login they see the page of the previous user and they were not on the same pc.
I have even seen this when I have logging and seeing page that a user had visited.

Does some kind of cookie have to be set or some other setting?

I have seen this is Mozilla firefox and in IE6. But don't think its a browser problem. Because these were two different users on seperate pc.

Run phpinfo() to know what version you are using.

Try deleting your cookies and refreshing your cache.

I have some friends that have never been to my site login and they see that the current user logged in is redmars and they have access to pages before I have approved them. The refresh and the page come up correctly telling they are not approved yet.

I ran a phpinfo.php from Zend and it sayes PHP Version 4.3.2. Is their other info that you need from it?

You had said you thought your host had upgraded to v5.0. That shows that he hasn't. Did it ever work? If so, then back out any changes you have added.
