Error when clicking on activation link?

Hi all, I have had a couple of members in the last week email me and explain that when they click on thr activation link they get an error, saying "new user activation error"

any idea`s ?

You will get this error if there are no entries for them in the temp user table. They are probably signing up to late. You can try increasing the time that temp users are allowed to stay in the temp users table.
