This is a nuke 'concern' so I guess this is the right area. A member sent me the following after he received an email notification of a new post:

Url in email starts HTTPS, which is 404 error, just thought I would let you know. You could change it to http in nuke prefs so email links work etc.

OK, I checked Preferences in Admin and there is no https anywhere. How do I correct this? Thanks

As I said in email, should just be a case of changing Site URL: in nuke prefs.

The url in my Preferences does begin with http, not https. Why ever would I have put https in anyway?! Not even after a few whatevers would I do such a doofus thing! I think it had something to do with a few lines in, yes again, my htaccess, which I removed. Gotta test it now.
