Questions about the Hack Attempt Script

I have tested the hack attempt script, appears to me this message "Unable for query WHOIS information xxx.xxx.xxx" (xxx.xxx.xxx = IP), I want that arrives the notification to me by email about the hack attempt with the hacker's IP, how I do it? since this does not send, and how I do so that it appears the message that I have defined
instead of "Unable to for query WHOIS information....."?

Sometimes the whois server is busy and will send that back. More often than not, certain ISP's get blocked because of the number of queries that use the service. You might need to direct the script to another service.
