Who is Where + Error Documents
would be more appropriate

He was having two issues. His ShortLinks and the Who is Where block. His ShortLinks issue was due to an htaccess error that I resolved through a pm.

Error Documents do not even do with the ShortLinks, my problem mr spasticdonkey and all the others have explained.
