ok guys the deed is done just reopened the site and going to have my buddy with the issue give it a go will report back with how it went. Thanks to all you guys for your help with my brain fart

I do not want to distract you from your efforts but if you are really using v2.5.x you really, really, need to bring it up to date.

When I posted this I was using 2.5 I actualy upgraded to the latest RN and Nuke this morning which might have been part of my problem when I crashed the test site. I was using the fix for the latest version on the earlier one.

Yes, you should not need to apply that fix if you are using the latest RN

When I get invalid IP-adress I usually make an update of IP2Country tables and it should help mostly.

Another possibility is to use the ip-address of those with invalid ip-adress and use the Search Ip-adress in Sentinel. You can then find the range that is blocking and also change it, so it does not block anylonger.
