Danyblue has just updated his forum. He has solve the problem with the installation script, from my knowledge of how the installation script runs, to customize it to only display the PHPNUKE option, it is very easy.
You just need to remove from the admin_cm2f_install the step1 and step2 and set the initial option to install.
Then if you configure by default the cm2f_extension.inc file to PHPNUKE, everytime the user will run the installation script, it will get the PHPNUKE version installed.
But from my modest opinion, i think that the best would be to create a PHPNUKE Distribution with the Sql statements already inserted in the PHPNUKE install sql. This way when the user will install the PHPNUKE set, CM2F will be by default installed and configured. This way in one step you already have everything configured.
I can try to find some time to customize the install file to allow you the have PHPNUKE enabled by default.
